These Terms govern your use of renobathroompro.com, operated by AuthenitcBrand, LLC. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. This document has not yet been reviewed by an attorney and is flagged for review within 30 days of the site going live.

1. What This Service Is (and Isn't)

Reno Bathroom Pro is an independent referral service. We connect homeowners with independent, licensed local bathroom remodeling contractors — we are not a contractor and do not perform remodeling work ourselves. We do not remodel bathrooms, employ remodeling crews, or own construction equipment. Every job is performed by an independent local contractor who operates their own business. Nothing on this site is an offer by Reno Bathroom Pro to perform bathroom remodeling, plumbing, tile, or any related work.

2. How Matching Works

When you submit a request, we route it to an independent local remodeling contractor who covers your area and fits your project's scope. That contractor contacts you directly to assess the job and provide a price. Any agreement for remodeling work — price, scope, timeline, and warranty — is strictly between you and that contractor. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed.

3. Cost Information

Cost figures on this site are triangulated from named, dated third-party sources (see our cost guide), provided for general planning purposes only. They are not a quote, an estimate specific to your property, or a price Reno Bathroom Pro or any matched contractor is bound to honor. Your matched contractor determines the actual price after seeing the job.

4. Licensing

We match you with contractors who report holding a valid Nevada NSCB license (classification B, B-2, or B-7, depending on project scope) — verify any contractor's license directly with the NSCB before hiring. We do not independently verify every matched contractor's license before each match. You should always verify a contractor's exact license number and status yourself, for free, using the NSCB's public license search before signing any contract or making any payment — see our license verification guide for exactly what to check.

5. SMS Program Terms

Program description: if you opt in, Reno Bathroom Pro and/or your matched remodeling contractor may text you about your request.
Consent is optional and is never required to submit a request or receive a match.
Frequency: message frequency may vary.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for help.
Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age restriction: the SMS program is available only to users 18 years of age or older.

As our internal standard (not a claim about current federal law), when you submit a request you consent to be contacted by Reno Bathroom Pro and by the specific named independent contractor(s) we match you with, by phone, text, or email, about your request — even if your number is on a do-not-call list. This consent isn't a condition of using the site generally. If a later request is matched to a contractor not named at the time you submitted it, we obtain fresh, contractor-specific consent before that contractor sends you any automated marketing message.

7. Call Recording

Calls to our tracked number may be recorded, consistent with Nevada's all-party consent requirement (NRS 200.620). See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

This site and our matching service are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that a matched contractor will be available, that any job will be completed to your satisfaction, or that cost figures will match your actual price. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or our matching service is limited to $100.

9. Independent Contractors

Matched remodeling contractors are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of AuthenitcBrand, LLC. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, workmanship, property damage, or personal injury arising from work they perform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be venued in Washoe County, Nevada.
